Description of Services

BetaScript provides web design and development, logo design, thumbnail design, lead generation, brand strategy, and related creative and technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in individual project proposals or agreements.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BetaScript website — including but not limited to source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of BetaScript and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

The BetaScript name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BetaScript. You may not use our trademarks in connection with any product or service without prior written permission.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. BetaScript retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

All preliminary concepts, unused designs, source code frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by BetaScript remain our intellectual property. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

BetaScript provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Revisions and Modifications

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope or requirements after work has begun may require a revised proposal and timeline.

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Conduct that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of BetaScript
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment or breach of a project agreement

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid for uncompleted work will be applied to work already performed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
